How to upgrade
- Log in to the Server Portal
- Click Manage on your server
- Scroll down to the Upgrade Plan card
- Select your target plan — the price difference is shown next to each option
- Click Upgrade & Pay and complete the Stripe payment
Once paid, our team resizes your server. Expect 1–4 hours during business hours. Your files and data are preserved — no reinstall.
Future billing
Your WemX subscription is updated to the new plan rate. Your next renewal will be at the new price.
Can I downgrade?
Downgrades are not available via the portal. Open a support ticket to discuss your options.
