Refund Policy – 8Bit Hosting

We want you to feel completely confident when you order with us. If the service isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your initial purchase, provided:

  • You have not used excessive server resources (sustained high CPU/RAM for more than a few minutes)
  • You have not violated our Acceptable Use Policy
  • The issue is not resolvable by our support team

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 3–5 business days.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After 72 hours from the original purchase date
  • Renewals and recurring billing cycles (only the initial purchase is covered)
  • Accounts suspended for AUP violations or fraud
  • Services where significant usage has occurred
  • Free trial conversions where the trial was already used

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket in our Discord server or email support@8bit-hosting.com with your order ID and reason. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Service Credits

For outages covered by our Service Level Agreement, we issue automatic account credits rather than cash refunds. See the SLA page for details.

Once payment is completed, the amount you have selected will be credited to your account balance, enabling you to renew your services or place new orders.
