Purpose
8Bit Hosting takes misuse of our infrastructure seriously. This policy explains how to report suspected abuse originating from servers we host, and how we handle such reports.
What to Report
Please report any of the following if you believe it originates from our network:
- DDoS attacks or network flooding
- Malware distribution or botnet activity
- Spam or phishing campaigns
- Illegal content (CSAM, terrorism-related material, etc.)
- Copyright infringement
- Any other harmful or illegal activity
How to Report

- Discord: discord.gg/XzMwwc3HZm — open a support ticket
What to Include
To help us investigate quickly, please provide as much of the following as possible:
- The IP address or domain name involved
- Date and time of the incident (with timezone)
- A clear description of the activity
- Relevant logs, screenshots, or other evidence
- Your contact details (so we can follow up if needed)
Our Response
We treat all reports seriously and aim to:
- Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Begin investigation within 48 hours
- Take appropriate action (warning, suspension, or termination) based on our findings
- Cooperate with law enforcement where required
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the subject of the report.
False Reports
Submitting intentionally false or malicious abuse reports is itself a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in action against your account.
